Terms & Conditions

• 1. Ownership of materials is retained by Battersea Handyman until full settlement of invoice
• 2. Full and final settlement is required upon receipt of final invoice. Interest at 8% APR over base rate will be charged for payments outstanding for over 7 days. This will be calculated from the date of the job.
• 3. This quote does not include VAT. VAT will be added to the invoice.
• 4. If disposal is required, the charge levied by the local skip will be passed onto the client. This is usually around £55 per visit & £55 labour.
• 5. The cost of any specialist equipment needed for the work undertaken will be forwarded to the client.
• 6. Parking & Congestion charge costs incurred will be billed to the client at the end of the job.
• 7. Clients are required to pay for the cost of materials and 20% of labour in advance on quoted jobs. Handyman jobs will simply be invoiced fully on completion.
• 8. Tile prices assumed on ceramic tiles (est. size 300x300 on floor and 150X150 on walls). Mosaic and natural stone will cost an extra £15 per sq m. Other designs or sizes may have an effect on the cost.
• 9. Time taken for purchasing materials will be charged to the client. All materials will be invoiced to the client at cost + 20%.
• 10. Cancellation charges within 24 hours of the start of the job will incur a 1 hours charge +VAT.
• 11. Work is charged at £55 / hr, + VAT for labour, + materials
